Jupiter is one of Cyrus's four (three prior to Charon 's introduction Platinum) Team Galactic commanders who is featured as a recurring enemy in Pokémon: Diamond, Pearl and Platinum Versions.
Background
Jupiter was one of the commanders of Team Galactic and a devout follower of their ruler, Cyrus. She was first seen at Team Galactic's building in Eterna City, where she ran the operation in which Galactic members stole various Pokémon from the local trainers. At the same time, they investigated the town's statue of Dialga. Lucas/Dawn later confronted her while she was arguing with the local bike shop owner, and she battled them when they wanted her to free the stolen Pokémon.
