This guy appeared in both Fanventures series. LOL, he was in Some Fanventures Vol. 1 for quite some time even though his author posted once.
He was apparently a human who wore a Bowser costume, which resulted in him getting confused with Bowser even by Bowser's minions in the first Super Mario Bros. Fanventure.
