T.T. Showstoppa's loyal minion and possible drinking buddy. Fairly ineffectual. The numbering system of grunts in the Rocket Corps is entirely lost to the ages, but it's assumed that he would be the 18th enlisted, rather than the 18th best. Fusion killed him.
