Dr. Marcus Walrus is a master lawyer that is the mentor for Wayne Shoeleft. He graduated from Harvard with highest honors and became a defense attorney.
Timeline History
As a lawyer he defended the innocent and through his dealings with corporate lawsuits, became an enemy of the President of UPN, Donkeyman. The two have had many bitter clashes in the past. He also mentored the version of Wayne from the Party Goers universe.
Good Timeline
Dr. Walrus makes a cameo in Holiday Special: Happy Father's Day, Masa! as a ghostly image trying to tell Wayne Shoeleft not to use the Loophole, but his message keeps cutting out (and Wayne ends up using it anyways).

In the bonus flashback case of The Loophole 3, Dr. Walrus had his first case defending Flutter, who had been accused of killing the rat that saves Spring Break against an old acquaintance, Orca, who was a prosecutor.
