Full Name: Plutus
Birthdate: Dawn of Time
Species: IMMORAL HELL SPAWN
Nationality: Hell
Creator: Luigi of the Pipes
First Appearance: Party Goers 17
Background[edit]
Chibi-Devil is actually Plutus, a demon appearing in Dante's Inferno (not the Greek god). He was the most pointless demon to stand in Dante's way, as he randomly sprouts gibberish at him and then is knocked out cold by a few words from Virgil. While he was originally wolf-like in appearance, he now appears as a frog-sized dragon.
He first appeared in Party Goers 17, after the Party Goers had descended into Hell in search of a missing piece of Guisseppie. He revealed himself as Luiigii of the Pipes's arch-nemesis, though he hasn't done a whole lot to prove it.
When Chibi-Devil says, "You can say that again," the last person to say something automatically repeats him or herself; Chibi-Devil uses this to stall someone indefinitely, as after a point the person will keep repeating her or himself even if he doesn't say the line.
Good Timeline[edit]
Chibi-Devil of the Good Timeline becomes trapped in the Piano Dimension.
However, Luiigii encounters the Chibi-Devil of the Bad Timeline when the Good Timeline is destroyed and the remnants move to the former. Luiigii dies in a boating accident and encounters Chibi-Devil on his way through Hell, then kills himself to (temporarily) kill Chibi-Devil and, consequently, comes back to life. During this encounter, Chibi-Devil had received a power-up from the fire jewel Saphnity, but Luiigii stole it in the moments before he came back to life.
In GMOG Holiday Special, Chibi-Devil attacks Masamune, Vorpal, and Dodo as they make their way through Hell to find Lynel. However, in accordance with everyone getting what they wanted, Chibi-Devil is now the gigantic Mega-Devil; his catchphrase has changed to, "NEVER SAY THAT AGAIN!" The trio run past him quickly and he is not seen again.
Bad Timeline[edit]
Chibi-Devil joins forces with XXXVIIL in Happy Ending?, but the consequences of the team-up are never seen. He then joins Cent-Sorio in Third Generation and follows the new generation around with him, trying to lead them to evil. At the end he is "uncensored" by the Censor Man and grows into the Chibi-Mega-Devil (which is basically his intended size), and Cent-Saurio rides him as a steed until he is blinded, and soon both fall to their presumed deaths with Luigi the Goomba, although the latter was shown to survive afterwards.
