She was created by Team Rocket Omega as a robotic Missingno and she kicked some ass, CARNIVAL STYLE I mean kicking-wise. She caused electronic devices to malfunction around her so maybe it was good that she never got near GORE, really. She didn't die but she was forgotten and only appeared in MOG7 despite being a kickass character.
Her story wasn't particularily fleshed out but it was obvious that TRO was back and they wanted HER. They didn't get her.
