Background[edit]
Argyle is Pilot Light's partner in Pibb and Tennis. He wielded a pair of wooden ping pong battles with curved handles, and used them to play tennis despite the improbability. This earned him the title of Ping Pong Desperado (not to be confused with Desperdorado). He first meets Pilot after fighting off a bunch of busboys. They then team up to go on wacky adventures. Argyle also provided transportation in the form of his dune buggy.
In Other Media[edit]
Being a supporting character, Argyle naturally appears in all episodes of Pibb and Tennis: The Animated Series. He usually seems to be the more serious one, often having trouble putting up with Pilot's incoherancy.
