King Luigi (AKA K. Weege) is a character appearing in Party Goers 2: VR Trouble! as a companion of Golem (replacing Luigi 64 as the token Luigi character?). He doesn't seem to be the king of anything nor be of any real importance aside from being the original owner of the Pikachu that would later become Sapphire's. He isn't even really the original owner, as he gets it from Golem in a trade (giving him Geodude in exchange).
