Ultimate Galaxy Goers

Overview

The third or fourth attempt at making a Galaxy Goers 2 (and most successful so far).

Plot Summary

Three years after the original Galaxy Goers, the team has disbanded save for Don Miguel, GM, Jorge, and Luigi of the Stars. Don Miguel has taken a position in the Mars Defense Force designing space vessels which the other three test. Attempting to bulk up the defense of the Sol System, Don Miguel designs all of the vessels to be battle capable, much to the frustration of the Mars Police Commissioner, Korran Bent.

SteveT, meanwhile, has spent the last three years scouring the universe for any sign of Masamune, so as to finish him off after Professor Smarter Than You's intervention in their last battle. Along for the ride are the professor himself, Felix, and Ashley (also seeking Masamune so as to protect him from SteveT). They stumble upon GM and Luigi, stranded in space and put them in the brig as they continue to Mars.

Meanwhile, Triple-X avoids an Ushatarian attack and makes his way to a ship/planet known as the Cretopulus, populated by goombas who have been the target of Ushatarian attacks for years. The goombas agree to protect him and recount stories of Luiigii of the Pipes to him, the only man documented to have thrown an Ushatarian with his bare hands.

Once on Mars, GM and Luigi easily escape and reunite with Don Miguel; Jorge, meanwhile, inadvertently calls the Ushatarians (under the new leadership of Lord Emperor Tur-käi), who fly out to Mars to attack. Bent attempts to arrest the group, but they are protected by Tiffa. Tiffa attempts to negotiate with Tur-käi, but he opts instead to follow galactic law and attack in two weeks.

With two weeks to save the system, Mars President Anna Zee (and her other three platforms) sends Luigi and Triple-X (recently arrived) to New Syntax to find Rhykette in hopes that she remembers the previous Ushatarian invasion. Tiffa is sent to Flaxius to negotiate a strike force out of them and convinces Professor Smarter Than You to give her a ride, despite his anxiety about returning to his home planet. Don Miguel, GM, and Jorge begin mass production of Miguel's latest starfighters, the Norwegia XDs.

The arrival of Depkon, Lt. Cho, and Ex-Lord Emperor Bulgaria on Mars after escaping the black hole they became lost in last OG puts suspicion on Don Miguel and co. Bent attempts to have them arrested, but they escape to Pluto, which has been turned into Disney Planet. Jorge meets with Kikuichimonji (Murasame's granddaughter) while the others plan their defense of Sol from their new position.

Luigi and Triple-X are attacked by Replaforce upon arrival on New Syntax, but saved by Delta and Rhykette. Rhykette explains that she was away during the last Ushatarian invasion, but offers Murasame as another option, despite Luigi's misgivings. They return to the Cretopulus only to find that it has been raided by the Ushatarians. The quartet is captured and taken to Ushutar.

On Ushutar they find EVIL Scientist Dude XXIX, who activated GORE-ILLA's old memory chip, which had been implanted within Triple-X's brain shortly after his burn, which turned Triple-X into GORE-X. GORE-X attacks the others, but some slick talking by Delta convinces him to cease (he says, "Stop it.") With Rhyk's help they escape the arena they were placed in and make their way to ESD's lab, where GORE-X constructs a Talking Wing Cap Mario Goliath to fly them away.
