In Member OG 11: Back, Boluit is the head of Boluit Enterprises, a corporation working in tandem with Team Rocket Omega on project fission. He was originally the project's head, but that task was delegated to Evil Psychiatrist Dude due to the crazed GORE-ILLA's perception of his betrayal. He is currently working with the 11verse Party Goers, but his intentions are less than entirely clear. Boluit distrusts electricity to the extent that he does not even have electric lighting in his home - the reason for this seems to be tied to something in his past. Boluit also shows a burning interest in exploration of new continents, and the expansion/improvement of the human race's industry, technology, and culture.

Mechanos: Boluit is a master Mechanical engineer (up to or considered a level 12 TECHNOMANCER no just kidding) who, in working with the resource his manufacturing company has given him access to, has designed large automated or pilot-driven mechanical weapons, named "Mechanos". They do not use any sort of electrical apparatuses, and are powered entirely by gasoline. Since mechanical means of determining friend from foe are less reliable than electrical ones, automated Mechanos tend to be very dangerous and cause a lot of collateral damage. Mechanos are capable of being activated or de-activated with a key, and operate slowly and meticulously without a pilot. Most mechanos resemble animals - the standard model is similar to a spider of human height. Boluit's personal steed is akin to a gigantic lobster.
