A minor villain in Member OG 3 and a member of the MPVP. He is a humanoid figure with a silver mask, black cape, and a gray ethereal body. Shade is actually a reincarnation of Shane Saccobie. He is sent to Earth to punish Dark Jim for failing to take over Earth and using its inhabitants to increase his own power instead.
Despite being the most powerful villain in the series for a short time, the OGers become even more powerful and his pitiful defeat at their hands has become a recurring joke throughout the series.
He also appeared in Harvest Goers '07, where he became a farmer in Nothing to escape all the humiliation. However, he was killed by Farmer Jon during his quest to take over all the farms in Nothing. Additionally, his last name was given as Phantome.
