A ferryman (ha ha, fairyman) along the Oregon Trail. He meets with the Oregon Goers after they crash their wagon into his river and floats the wagon across with balloons. When he demands payment, they strap him to the wagon as a replacement for the dead oxen.
They later arrive on the Mormon Trail and are attacked by SteveT, who accepts Tingleton into his SteveTrio along with Kaiser Bear N, since both are Mormons.
