Background[edit]
Fluutar is the Anti-Space version of Flutter. Not much is known except that he worked for Big Bull, who came to rule the Anti-Space's Earth, and that he sought to kill Flutter.

He appears in Gamehiker Member OG IX: TRAITOR?!?!?!?!?!?!, where he engages in hijinx with Big Bull and the Party Crashers. Despite Wagolem being leader of the Party Crashers, Fluutar and Big Bull seem to be the real bosses due to ruling over the Anti-Space earth.
Neutral Timeline[edit]
During the events of Cat Investigations, Fluutar is left behind to watch over the Anti-Earth for Big Bull. After Big Bull's death, both Wagolem and Fluutar are arrested and sent into exile. They then began struggling for power.
Other Appearances[edit]
- His first appearance is in In Defense o' Golem and Flutter, where he is not exactly evil but replaces Flutter at several points of the story. Originally called Flutar.
- He appears in Party Goers Heroes: Romantic Ideals as part of Antithesis's team.
