Techno was a deranged samurai dude who somehow became a doctor. He seemed to be perfect in every way except for his grammar. He was known for his stilted vocabulary. Techno always wanted to join the Olympics but was forbidden - either because he's just too perfect, or maybe the judges just couldn't understand a word he was saying. This led Psycho to commit several terrorist attacks against the Olympics.

He joined Nichibutsu of America, where he ironically worked as a translator. This resulted in the worse game dialogue ever. Among his outrageous inventions was the Dargo robot, which spoke in a similar vocabulary.
