A minor villain in Member OG 2: The Jewel Heist introduced by Yami Yoshi. He was a large and intelligent Space Pirates who struck a deal with the Galactic Federation to kill Samus Aran, with the aid of Meta-Ridley 2.0. However, Hydra was himself killed by Black Skull Dragoshi with a paint thinner cannon.
