Dark GORE
Dark GORE was the evil part of GORE-ILLA, created due to how docile GORE wound up becoming. The part of GORE which was dominant, the good or the Dark GORE, was decided by flipping a light switch in the Flying Monkey that read "GOOD" and "EVIL" instead of "ON" and "OFF". After GORE fled to Earth, EVIL Scientist Dude switched GORE into Dark GORE mode so he could wreak havoc. Dark GORE attempted to terrorize the Party Goers in Party Goers 17 with a group of killer sea monkeys. However, he was killed in a kamikaze attack on Ditto Domain and revived under unknown circumstances. He also worked as a minion for Vorpal in one post of the new Party Goers 7 during his time in Hell, but was ultimately forgotten. Sometime afterwards, Dark GORE was switched back to GORE accidentally during a confrontation with the Party Goers.
In Member OG, Dark GORE briefly gained control while the OGers were escaping the destruction of the Western Hemisphere and dropped the 999 gorillas (one of whom would survive and later seek revenge on GORE as MON-KILL) into the lava. Dark GORE was reactivated by the EVIL Scientist Dude when GORE had joined up with the OGers and was wandering through the desert. Dark GORE attacked his former comrades and then left to join Lupus. As his first test, Dark GORE was sent to Hell with Diskun to retrieve the Sword of Qwirtzok, a job he was able to accomplish.
Diskun became the closest thing to a friend Dark GORE had, even though that plot point didn't really come up at any point in the series. Dark GORE became the muscle for Lupus, but Yami Yoshi's Mind Crush worked to split the good GORE and the Dark GORE into separate bodies. Dark GORE's ultimate goal then became to kill the good GORE and then absorb his remains- so that Dark GORE could reach ultimate power without being bothered by the good GORE's conscience.
Lupus was later killed in battle with the OG Six in the year 2010. Over the next three years, a civil war began between Dark GORE and Gamechamp to decide who would inherit Lupus's empire and take over the world. Dark GORE was initially in the lead, but then Gamechamp took the lead in Member OG 2: The Jewel Heist when Gamechamp and his Robot Team received invulnerability from the Ruby of Sephnito. Dark GORE was forced into hiding in one of Lupus's old bases and founded his own combat squad called Team Monkey. This team included EVIL Scientist Dude, whom had helped to create GORE. Eventually both Dark GORE and Gamechamp lost the war when Lupus returned from the dead to reclaim his title as the series villain.
In Member OG 3: Subtitle Soon!, Dark GORE returned to his original goal of trying to absorb GORE-ILLA. Eventually Dark GORE fell into a volcanic crater after refusing to receive rescue from GORE. Most of his body was destroyed, except for the mechanical half of his head which still contained his soul. EVIL Scientist Dude soon built a new body for Dark GORE which was made of some kind of nearly invincible organic matter. Dark GORE's mechanical head was hidden at the core of this new Mecha-Dark GORE. Mecha-Dark GORE terrorized GORE when GORE was trying to find his past in Member OG 4: GORE-ILLA's Quest. Dark GORE also had an encounter with MON-KILL along the way. MON-KILL didn't care which GORE was responsible for the incident, he wanted them both dead. But Mecha-Dark GORE was able to absorb MON-KILL's ability to turn Super Ape.
Mecha-Dark GORE had a dramatic final battle with GORE at the end of Member OG 4 in Idej Volcano Mountain. Mecha-Dark GORE attempted to tempt GORE to the dark side so that they could unite without killing each other or having a conscience, but GORE refused. GORE ultimately defeated Dark GORE and had a chance to kill him, but GORE refused to do that as well. Mecha-Dark GORE was inspired and sacrificed himself to save GORE. After Lupus's ultimate attack, only the mechanical part of his head was left. At Dark GORE's request, GORE-ILLA absorbed it. Dark GORE's soul wound up trapped forever in a blank, lonely void that was neither Heaven, Hell nor Purgatory (or the Weirdamonium), the fate that he had intended for GORE. Several parts of Dark GORE's now-lifeless mechanical head were later removed by Introbulus and used to repair the broken PL-0TT, although the consquences of this were never addressed.
Dark GORE made a brief comeback in Member OG 7: Neogenesis. After GORE's soul was removed from his body, The Arcanist summoned Dark GORE's soul and it returned to GORE's body. Dark GORE summoned Team Monkey and battled the OGers, but this change was soon undone with Dark GORE being returned to the void and GORE's soul back in his body. I think a digital version of Dark GORE also appeared in Member OG 10: Full Circle.
Even though GORE was supposed to be the good one, he later went feral and killed nearly all his friends. Afterwards, GORE's soul was erased completely by the Velvet Monkey in 2020 when GORE refused to take over the Velvet Monkey's empire. Dark GORE's soul then returned to GORE's body. This time he decided to make the best of GORE's sacrifice. Over the next decade, he decided to assemble a new group of OGers that would clean up the mess of villains that had sprouted up throughout the world. He convinced EVIL Scientist Dude to help him, and they set off on this quest in the year 2030 in The OGers: Third Generation.
