Rival is known for hunting down Moondo, a mysterious guy with neat gadgets. Rival has technological aid, too, but he relies more on his own muscles than on his machinery. Expect this guy to be ruthless. Not much else is known about him, save that he's of Asian descent.

Background

For a time, he worked with a former police officer named "Mol" to track down Moondo, but Mol found trouble with Rival's lack of ethics and decided to leave Rival's company.
