Techno was a deranged samurai dude who somehow became a doctor with twelve PhDs. He seemed to be perfect in every way except for his grammar. He was known for his stilted vocabulary. Techno always wanted to join the Olympics but was forbidden - either because he's just too perfect, or maybe the judges just couldn't understand a word he was saying. This led Psycho to commit several terrorist (or as he says it, "terrorest" or "terrois") attacks against the Olympics.

He joined Nichibutsu of America, where he ironically worked as a translator. This resulted in the worst game dialogue ever. Among his outrageous inventions was the Dargo robot, which spoke in a similar vocabulary.
