Moronic stock character from Member OG 7: Neogenesis. He enters Goren's fighting tournament. In the preliminary rounds, he assembles a gang of fighters to find the key necessary to advance. After finding the key, Runto attempts to swipe the key and ditch his comrades but is quickly tackled by his minions, and they are all killed after Snoopy unloads his guns on them.
