Critical Reception

Critics have hailed IT. One in particular, GORE-ILLA, said, "I like how IT contains random references to Golem and his characters."

Sequels

IT spawned at least five and a half sequels, two animated series, and a live-action sitcom featuring IT living with two famous comedians (Ray Romano and Jerry Seinfeld).

  IT returns to school and is in charge of the school dance.

• IT 4: In Space (1996)

  IT becomes a space pirate.

• IT in da Hood (2000)

  IT in the ghetto, yo, chilling with da bruddas.

• IT: Back 2 Da Hood Yo (2003)

  IT doing mo of dat gangsta stuff.

Director would like to note that none of these terrible murderous sequels were his children, unless they made money, then they're totally his children
