Before the world was hit by the meteors, he sold weapons to all the major nations through his company, [[Intelligence Defense Systems]]. He also raised four children, [[Cyrus]], [[Tabitha]], [[Isabella|Lutaria]], and [[Penny]]. Like him, they were all clones, possibly even his own clones. He himself was a clone a the original Dr. Caulder, but was the only survivor when all the clones rebelled against the original.<br><br>After the world was devastated by the meteors, Dr. Caulder began to sow chaos by supplying dangerous bandits led by [[The Beast]] with weapons and later supplying the power hungry Admiral [[Greyfield]] while simultaneously supplying his foe, [[Forsythe]]. Eventually he becomes the foe of [[Will]] and [[Rubinelle Armed Forces 12th Battalion|Brenner's Wolves]] after it is discovered he is the creator of the deadly disease known as the Creeper that threatens to finish off mankind.
