=Background=

Second in command to Sturm, his background is as mysterious as the other Black Hole COs. His skill is incredible, and he will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. He has no tolerance for incompetence, but in the end even he could not conquer Green Earth. Because of his failure, he was going to face a fierce punishment from Sturm. When Sturm attempted to try and destroy everyone, including himself, Hawke used his Black Storm to sabotage his master's plan. After leaving Sturm to dead, he took the remaining Black Hole forces and fled.

Despite the fact he defeated Sturm himself, Black Hole was not his to inherit. Instead it fell to Von Bolt. Hawke at first followed him, but wary of his 'short leash' and the fact that the Bolt Guard was turning Omega Land into a desert. When he confronted Von Bolt, they turned the Ooziums on him. He was rescued by the Allied Forces, who in turn he joined (along with Lash). When Von Bolt was finally defeated, he stayed behind to complete some other business, leaving his fate unknown.

=Gameplay=

Hawke is a relatively balanced CO, except that his units all have 110% offense. His CO powers are used to both damage and heal, as a semi-combination of Andy and Drake's powers.

* '''Black Storm''' - Hawke's Super CO Power, reduces all enemy HP by 2 and recovers all allied units by 2 HP.
