Kirlia evolves from Ralts at Level 20. It has a highly developed brain which it uses it control its psychokinetic powers, and its emotionally perceptive horns also amplify its powers. They are very attuned to their trainers' emotions and will receive more energy for its powers from a trainer's cheerful spirit. Krilia will overflow with energy and even dance  and spin around as an effect of the trainer's happiness. Kirlia has the psychic power to rip a create a dimensional rip that allows it to see into the future, and the air around it becomes distorted when it uses its power to create mirages of nonexistent scenery.
 
 
 
A Kirlia that is exposed to the positive emotions of its trainer is said to grow beautiful. Kirlia are also known to dance with pleasure on sunny mornings.
