-Pelipper evolves from Wingull at Level 25. It acts as a delivery service that carries small Pokémon and eggs within its massive bill. Pelipper also skims the wave tops in search of flood while flying, dipping its bill into the water to collect prey with water and quickly swallow it in one gulp. It also uses its bill to protect its young. Pelipper build their nests at sheep cliffs facing the sea, just as they did as Wingull. Pelipper bobs on waves to rest its wings on days with calm waters.
