'''Ursula''' is a boss in ''[[Fire Emblem (game)|Fire Emblem]]'' and is one of the Four Fangs, the elite four of the [[Black Fang]]'s guild of assassins.

=Background=

Ursula was a powerful magic-user. She idolized Sonia and sought to become like her and remain in Sonia's favor. It seems that she, like [[Jaffar]], was planted in the Black Fang, by [[Nergal]] to cement his control of the Black Fang. Ursula was first seen in "Chapter 7x: The Black Shadow", when she reprimanded Beyard when he failed to capture [[Nils]] and [[Ninian]] for [[Nergal]]. She gave Beyard one more chance, but she threatened to execute him if he failed to recapture them by the next morning. Beyard failed and killed himself with poison to prevent Ursula from doing the deed.

Ursula is next seen in "Kinship's Bond" (Eliwood Chapter 21, Hector Chapter 22), when Sonia calls together the Four Fangs and assigns them to kill [[Eliwood]] and his band of mercenaries. Later in "Unfulfilled Heart" (Eliwood Chapter 24, Hector Chapter 26), [[Vaida]] ambushes Eliwood and his group to kill them for the Black Fang. Out of jealousy, Ursula hid in a village and would give a member of Eliwood's group the Hammerne staff if they visited her, as she did not want the newcomer Vaida to steal her glory. After Vaida failed, Sonia talked to Ursula about weakness and said that Vaida was weak for caring about other people. Sonia told Ursula that there were two types of people: those who were meant to lead, and those who were meant to serve and were nothing more than garbage. The leaders would have to step on the garbage to get ahead, and they would only be held back by emotions. Ursula took this advice to heart.

Sonia was later concerned by [[Jaffar]]'s odd behavior and sent Ursula to make sure Jaffar's assassinations of [[Nino]] and [[Zephiel|Prince Zephiel]] went down right in "Battle Before Dawn" (Eliwood Chaper 26, Hector Chapter 28). But when Ursula arrived at Zephiel's manse, she found that Nino was still alive and guessed that Zephiel was still alive as well. She sent her men to kill Zephiel and Nino, as well as Eliwood's men when they arrived. But Eliwood's group were able to fight off Ursula's underlings, and Ursula herself either was killed in battle or fled. If she fled, Ursula was then confronted by [[Limstella]]. Ursula asked Limstella to submit her report to Sonia, but Limstella killed Sonia instead for her quintessence.

Regardless of how she died, Ursula's quintessence was collected by Limstella. Nergal later used this quintessence to create a morph clone of Ursula that served as a sub-boss in "Final Chapter: Light". The morph had power greater than Ursula and was armed with the powerful spellbook Excalibur. Ultimately the Ursula morph was destroyed, but she showed pleasure in her dying moments, as he skin brightened and she began to smile.
