Background
The self-declared ruler of Dry Dry Desert, Tutankoopa is actually a servant of Bowser, who was given the Star Spirit Mamar to keep away from Mario during Paper Mario. From the moment that Mario enters Dry Dry Ruins, Tutankoopa shouts threats at him to leave and accidentally throws hints in as well. Mario eventually faces off against him and his Chomp companions on the bottom floor of the ruins, and despite Tutankoopa's magical prowess and supply of Buzzy Beetle shells, he is defeated and chased away by Chomp. He is still seen being chased by the Chomp, then by three Chomps during the ending parade.
