Grumpig evolves from Spoink at Level 32. It has black pearls on its head and body that amplify its psychic powers. Grumpig strengthens its psychic power to gain total control over foes. While it uses its powers, Grumpig usually performs bizarre dance moves, and its snorting breath grows labored.
