Story[edit]

Starfy's kingdom is enjoying a period of peace, but the same isn't true of the Amy Kingdom. The Monamool Stone has been stolen by the evil Dejeel. Materu, a maid from Amy Castle, has fled to seek Stafy's help. Starfy's father decides to sent Starfy, Starly and Moe out to save the Amy Kingdom for Materu.

Gameplay[edit]

Densetsu no Stafy 4 utilizes similar gameplay as previous games in the series in which the player goes through levels where they must defeat enemies and retrieve items to help other characters. The choice to play as Starly is also retained, and the player has to switch between the two characters in order to progress through some areas.

The main changes this game makes are to take advantage of the DS's capabilities. The touch screen is used for a map screen and to activate special abilities.
