While killing a Smoky Progg is a challenging task, the resulting corpse will produce a total of 100 seeds. Another way to kill the Smoky Progg is to use a large number of Blue Pikmin to kill it while its still in its egg, though doing so will not leaves behind no remains to convert to seeds.
