Gameboy Gallery is a compilation of Game & Watch games. It was only released in Europe. It acts as a precursor to the Game & Watch Gallery games (in fact, Game & Watch Gallery was called Game Boy Gallery in Japan), but it does not feature Mario characters like the Game & Watch Gallery games, except for the remake of Ball which stars a Mario puppet.
