Mario Tennis features a total of 7 unique courts in which to play. Althought tecnically 16 courts exist most of them are just turf changes with the image of a different character or pair of characters. 10 courts are abailable just by playing the Nintendo 64 version, however 6 require the Game Boy Color version and conectivity between the two via the Transfer Pak to unlock. 2 more courts can only be used in their respective Mode.
Standard Court[edit]
Just a normal Court situated inside a stadium with a crowd chearing the contestants. The stadium is recolored according to the court. These courts are accesable through Exhibition, Ring Shot and Piranha Challenge Mode. Only the first 3 are used in Tournament Mode.
Hard Court[edit]

Mario Court[edit]
These courts borrow motifs of the Red Switch Place in Super Mario 64, as a pipe surrounded court with rainbows, clouds and towers around it. Only available in Exhibition Mode
