Gameplay[edit]

Using the same engine as the previous game, this game once more has the player assume the role of a transparent wireframe boxer who must take on and defeat five champions to become world champion of the Wold Video Boxing Association. After obtaining the Heavyweight Belt, the player must defend their newly-earned title by defeating the same boxers over and over again in an endless cycle.

This game adds ducking as an ability. In the game, the player could battle the following five boxers:

Legacy[edit]

Ports and Remakes[edit]

  • In August 2020, this game was made available as a downloadable purchase for the Nintendo Switch, as part of Hamster's Arcade Archives series.

The next game to be released was Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! for the NES, which included some boxers from this game.
