The Nintendo DSi Metronome and Nintendo DSi Instrument Tuner are two DSiWare applications from Nintendo. They cost 200 points each.
Both applications function like the product they are based on. The Metronome can be set to specific beats and tempos and the Instrument Tuner recognizes input from a user's instrument through the microphone. Both have two other skins to apply to the app, a futuristic looking skin and a skin based on a Game & Watch game. Metronome has one based on Ball while the Tuner has one based on Manhole.
To give the apps a little more substance, they both have a special microphone-reliant mini-game based on a classic NES game. In Donkey Kong Metronome, players help Mario rescue Pauline by clapping in time with the metronome. Claps cause Mario to jump over barrels. Tuner Fight, based on Balloon Fight is a little more tricky to control. Balloons come out of pipes with notes on them. With the help of a given instrument, players play the notes to pop the balloons.
