Octopus is a Game & Watch game. It's part of the "Widescreen" series.
Information[edit]
The player controls a diver gathering sunken treasure. However, there's a octopus guarding the treasure. A wrong move can mean the player getting grabbed by an octopus. Game A and B are the same, except that the octopus' tentacles move faster in Game B. The player is given three lives.
Legacy[edit]
One of Mr. Game & Watch's moves are based on Octopus. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, his Final Smash summons Octopus into battle.
