Wii Fit Plus is the sequel to 2008's Wii Fit. The game comes with the Wii Balance Board or standalone for users who already own one. The game features all the modes in the original game along with extra workouts and mini-games. Wii Fit data is importable.
Gameplay
Wii Fit Plus uses the player's Miis as characters. The board measures the player's Body Mass Index and center of gravity. Over time, the game measures player's "Wii Fitness Age" and lets them compare with those of other family members.
The game helps players stay fit with over forty activities. Among the activities are yoga poses, jogging, step aerobics, press ups, ski jumping, and hula hooping.
