Bandy Andy is a normal Bandit who fights in the Glitz Pit on a team called the "Hand-Me-Overs". Despite being ranked high in the minor leagues, Andy is actually a bit of a slacker. He focuses more on snooping around the Glitz Pit, collecting gossip and telling anyone who runs into him the Seven Mysteries of the Glitz Pit. During "Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door", the Great Gonzalez fights Andy and the Hand-Me-Overs for the fourteen place in the Glitz Pit.

Bandy Andy is often warned by Jolene and his friends in the locker room about his constant sneaking around, and it gets him into deep trouble once. As he wanders around the seeminly-empty arena, he walks in on Grubba juicing up with the Crystal Star. Grubba has Andy captured and trapped under a block with King K on the hidden second floor until Gonzalez saves them. So Bandy Andy found the answers to the Glitz Pit's riddles the hard way.
