Glass Joe is a French boxer known as being the first and easiest opponent in most of the Punch-Out!! games.

His mediocre skills are evident from his initial records in the NES games, showing him to have participated in 99 matches with only 1 KO. In the original arcade version, he was ranked Number 9 in the World Video Boxing Association. He then appeared in both NES versions of Punch-Out!!, ranked Number 2 in the WVBA's Minor Circuit prior to his defeat at the hands of Little Mac.
