Kricketot is a small musical insect Pokémon that was introduced in the fourth generation games. Its evolved form is Kricketune.

Information[edit]

Kricketot has short legs and a pair of stiff antenna which make xylophone-like sounds when they collide together. It usually makes this happen by shaking its head back and forth. The sounds act as fall hallmarks, and they communicate with each other using these sounds. Its antennae also clang together whenever it stumbles over.

It evolves into Kricketune at Level 10.

It only appeared in the morning and at night, and at Route 206 it was only found in the morning. In HeartGold and SoulSilver, it could appear at Viridian Forest during swarms and was uncommonly found at the National Park during the Bug-Catching Contest on Thursdays and Saturdays after the National Pokédex was unlocked. Kricketot could also be caught at the Pokéwalker's Sinnoh Field course, from which it could be transferred to HeartGold/SoulSilver.
