Devil World is a maze game for the Nintendo. It was never released in America due to the religious iconography in the game. That makes Devil World the only game designed by Shigeru Miyamoto designed that never came out in America.

Gameplay

The player controls Tamagon, a green dragon. The player must eat all of the dots in the maze. After that, the player enters a maze where the player carries four Bibles into a seal. Once this one is finished, there is a bonus maze. This pattern continues through out the game.

In order to eat the dots, the player must touch a cross. This also lets you breathe fire.

There is also a two player option that lets two players play simultaneously. The second player controls a red dragon.

Legacy

Tamagon appears as a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Also, level 17 of Marathon Mode in Tetris DS is based on Devil World.
