What is known is that she is not the biological mother of Al's Daughter Enthree (more than likely). In Christmas Special Goers, Flutter suggests that he had purchased Al three mail order brides, who all died after Al forgot to feed them. Knowing Flutter, however, he could be making fun of Al. He only probably neglected one wife.
