Mr. Noskin

A long time character from way back in the VGF Koopa Bar & Grille. When Luiigii was at various times locked in the closet after drinking or pissing GM's Mewtwo off, he would strike up conversations with an old, plastic, teaching skeleton. I don't think Mr. Noskin was actually alive at the time. This version of Mr. Noskin was referenced in Vorpal's Party Goers webcomic.

Mr. Noskin appeared as an actual, living plastic, teaching skeleton in Create-a-Character OG, and followed that up with appearances in Harvest Goers '07 and Ultimate Galaxy Goers. He was in the first Oregon Goers too.

Luiigii Noskin from The Party Goers! is a combination of Luiigii of the Pipes and Mr. Noskin.
