Verde was a general in the American army who developed experimental weaponry such as the Barrier Glove. He was also a ninja. After the Western Hemisphere was restored, Verde opposed the reign of Team Rocket Omega. He entered Goren's tournament in Member OG 7: Neogenesis in hopes of finding a way to stop Team Rocket Omega. Verde defeated Culex in the first round, but he was brutally beaten by Bat-Ear Mirawk in the second round. However, Miss Ingrid Number was able to save him from Goren's guards because she wanted his help in defeating Team Rocket.
