Toby is a character introduced in Gamehiker High University. He is based off of Toby Barrett, aka Wonder Wario. Despite no prior association with the Party Goers or OGs in general (save for his character Wonder Wario who appeared in Party Goers Heroes and I think some of the NFA stuff), and his actual author being completely uninvolved in the story, he is one of the OG's major characters.
