Background
Not much is known of Bomberman (at least from the OGs I read). He first appeared as a minion of Metal Mario in the original Party Goers story. But during this OG, he met up with Magikoopa and remained as Magikoopa's sidekick after Metal Mario appeared to have kicked the bucket (but he was actually being ferried to Party Goers 11). Magikoopa and Bomberman later joined Team Rocket Omega and teamed up with Meowth as a group of the most persistent Party Goers enemies.
