Verde

Verde was a general in the American army who developed experimental weaponry such as the Barrier Glove. He was also a ninja. After the Western Hemisphere was restored, Verde opposed the reign of Team Rocket Omega. He entered Goren's tournament in Member OG 7: Neogenesis in hopes of finding a way to stop Team Rocket Omega. Verde defeated Culex in the first round, but he was brutally beaten by Bat-Ear Mirawk in the second round. However, Miss Ingrid Number was able to save him from Goren's guards because she wanted his help in defeating Team Rocket.

Verde escaped the destruction of Goren's mansion and then returned to America with help from Lord Kantii. They joined up with the OGers and helped to battle Team Rocket Omega until Team Rocket was forced into a truce. Verde wasn't seen again.
