Toby
Toby is a character introduced in Gamehiker High University. He is based off of Toby Barret, aka Wonder Wario. Despite no prior association with the Party Goers or OGs in general (save for his character Wonder Wario who appeared in Party Goers Heroes and I think some of the NFA stuff), and his actual author being completely uninvolved in the story, he is one of the OG's major characters.
Toby fulfills the archetype of Golem's rebellious best friend. A rebel in general, you don't wanna get mixed up with him. He goes to Gamehiker High University despite the fact that he basically never goes to class. He is always roping Golem into schemes to get rich quick or throw slamming parties. He could be seen as a good version of Luigi 64.
Toby also made a cameo appearance in Party Goers Classic: BootQuest, in which he inspired Golem to write a series of Bootleg OGs based on the Party Goers adventures after visiting Golem in a dream. Toby sacrifices himself by telling Golem to, in the Bootleg OG versions, changing his character into a jackass named Luigi 64 because his awesomeness would be too great for the stories.
