Wigglytuff evolves from Jigglypuff when exposed to a [[Moon Stone]]. It has a soft and rubbery body that is full of elasticity. When angered, it will suck in air in order to inflate to an enormous size and Body Slam the offender. It is apparently capable of limitless expansion. It is also covered in fine, fluffy fur which feels good enough that people who touch them find it difficult to stop feeling them, and two Wigglytuff that snuggle together would not want to be separated.

They also have large eyes that are always covered with a thin layer of tears. This prevents dust from getting caught in Wigglytuff's eyes, as it will simply be washed away.
