Dart is a pirate that appears in Fire Emblem. He joins Eliwood and the others in Chapter 16: "Port of Badon" after his captain, Fargus, orders him to do so. He is the only recruitable pirate in the game and as a result of his class, he can travel on land and sea. Once promoted into a Berserker, he becomes much more powerful and capable of performing critical hits more frequently.

It is revealed through his support conversations with Wil and Rebecca that he was not always a pirate. In fact he had once been a boy named Dan and was the older brother of Rebecca and the best friend of Wil. When he and Wil set out on an adventure, the two ended up parting ways.
