Skiploom is a floating flower-headed Pokémon that was introduced in the second generation games. It is the middle stage of Hoppip's evolutionary line and evolves into Jumpluff.
Information[edit]
Skiploom evolves from Hoppip at Level 18. It notably has a flower on its head which blooms which the temperature rises above 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
