Fennel is a Pokémon researcher who appears as a supporting character in Pokémon: Black and White Versions. Her research specializes in the dreams of Pokémon.

Fennel eventually gained a lab in a building at Striation City, and she shared the space with Amanita, who maintained of Unova's PC boxes.
